Meredith Gronroos has more than 25 years experience in B2B sales, customer service, business development and sales coaching. She’s worked in a broad range of industries, from cosmetics and manufacturing to technology and executive development. She draws on her years in the corporate trenches and as a San Diego small business owner to help her clients. She works with entrepreneurs and business owners on business development and sales, including powerful, targeted sales content.
Meredith focuses on business development and sales coaching, process mapping and creation, and messaging. She produces a variety of sales content, including blogs, newsletters, social media content, white papers and web pages, for small business clients.
Meredith has been helping San Diego small business owners hone their sales and business development skills since 2009. She’s coached entrepreneurs, small business owners and small teams one-on-one and in groups. For several years, she held a weekly ‘office hours’ session in her local entrepreneur community. Meredith has grown her own small business by helping entrepreneurs and micro/small business owners grow theirs.
